Biceps!

Okay dokay

Trained my biceps tonight and here's the workout:

1. Barbell curl
2. Close grip barbell curl
3. Alternating cable curls
4. Dumbbell hammer curls
5. Dead hang barbell curls
6. Reverse incline curls with wrist rotation

2 sets each exercise. 1 set= one heavy set (4-6) reps and one light set (15-20)
