CHEST WORKOUT

Trained chest a few days...yep

1. Incline bench press (4 working sets, incorperating rest/pause and dropsets)
2. Incline dumbbell flyes (3 sets, 10 reps)
3. Dips (3 sets, to failure)
4. Pullovers (3 sets, 8-12 reps)


Done.
